    • Number of shares to be issued
    • Value of each share
  6. Memorandum and Articles of Association: The company's constitution outlining its structure and regulations.
  7. Statement of Nominal Capital
  8. Form 18: Notice of Situation of Registered Office and Postal Address
  9. Form 20: List of Persons Consenting to be Directors
  10. Identification Documents:
