(a) proposed names of the company
(b) proposed address of the company
(c) objects of the company (what sort of business will the company be engaged in)
(d) proposed authorised share capital of the company
(e) name, address and percentage of shares for each shareholder
(f) name and address of the company's first secretary
(g) name, address and phone number of directors (should be at least 2 directors)
(h) copies of national Identification Card or passport of shareholders, directors and secretary
(i) if you already have a memorandum and articles of association for the proposed company
(j) passport size photos of the directors, secretary and shareholders
