Role Overview
We're seeking a strategic and collaborative Growth Associate specializing in Partnerships to join our expanding team in Nigeria. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships that drive Sidebrief's expansion across Nigeria. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create a network of strategic alliances that will simplify business compliance for entrepreneurs and companies throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Sidebrief's growth objectives in Nigeria
  • Identify and prioritize potential Nigerian partners, including financial institutions, business associations, co-working spaces, accelerators, and government agencies
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target partner organizations across Nigeria
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial and compliant with Nigerian regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and execution of partnership initiatives
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities across different regions of Nigeria
  • Create and deliver compelling partnership proposals and presentations tailored to the Nigerian market
  • Work closely with the product team to identify partnership-driven feature requirements specific to Nigerian business needs
  • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring they meet defined KPIs and drive value for both parties
  • Analyze partnership performance and provide regular reports to leadership
  • Stay informed about industry trends in Nigeria to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Represent Sidebrief at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Nigeria

Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles in Nigeria
  • Proven track record of successfully initiating and managing strategic partnerships in the Nigerian market
  • Experience in the industry, preferably financial services or fintech within Nigeria
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape and regulatory environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in major Nigerian languages is a plus
