Role Overview
We're seeking a Growth Associate specializing in Enterprise Sales to join our expanding team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for driving Sidebrief's expansion by targeting and acquiring large enterprise clients in Nigeria. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of business compliance technology in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire enterprise-level clients in Nigeria
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise leads through market research, networking, and collaboration with marketing teams
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand complex business needs and compliance challenges of large organizations
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to enterprise clients' specific needs
  • Negotiate high-value, multi-year contracts with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure Sidebrief's solutions meet enterprise-level requirements
  • Provide detailed feedback to the product team on enterprise client needs to drive product development
  • Manage long sales cycles effectively, maintaining engagement throughout the process
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform Sidebrief's enterprise growth strategy
  • Represent Sidebrief at high-level industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements

Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, or related industries
  • Proven track record of closing B2B deals 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • In-depth knowledge of African business environments and regulatory landscapes
